SARA with an H is an upcoming sci-fi short film I directed, based on a screenplay by award-winning writer Anthony Campbell. Blending emotional drama with science fiction, the film centres on an awkward reunion between two estranged friends during a dinner. As the evening unfolds, buried tensions resurface and uncomfortable truths come to light, culminating in the revelation that one of them has used experimental AI technology to resurrect a loved one. At its core, Sara with an h is a ghost story about the spirit in the machine.
